- 74g papaya, chopped
- 14g fresh ginger
Method
Juice pineapple, papaya and ginger. Pour into a glass and garnish with cinnamon, a slice of apple, or any other fruit.
Chiva coco
Ingredients

- 180ml coconut water
- 112g fresh pineapple, chopped
- 10g soy protein powder
Method
Blend coconut water, pineapple and protein powder. Pour into a glass and garnish with pineapple or any other fruit.
